  • are well educated

  • have a lot of relevant childcare experience and most wish to pursue a career in childcare either as a nanny or a related field (i.e. pediatrician, nurse, teacher, counselor, day care owner/worker, school employee, etc.)

  • get a thorough background check for driving and criminal records 

  • get an ID verification

  • are CPR or otherwise certified

  • give us a minimum of three references that are thoroughly checked

  • have been interviewed by us multiple times before they even meet you

• ​We offer a 3-month guarantee -if you are unhappy with your nanny we will replace the nanny one time in that year without any additional fees!  

• We work with you on a consultant basis to go over every step and assist the transition of the nanny coming into your family and provide a contract between you and the nanny to clarify vital information about your household and some insight into how you like your home run along with details on the job and expectations.
